By downloading or using Media Saver ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

Media Saver is a general-purpose tool that lets you open web pages and save media files to your own device for personal, offline use. It is a neutral utility, like a web browser with a save function. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any website, platform, or content provider.

Your responsibilities

• You may only save content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is offered under a licence permitting you to save it, or that you otherwise have the legal right to keep for personal use.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of any website you visit.
• You must not use the app to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights, or to access content you are not authorised to access.

No responsibility for third-party content or sites

The app does not host, own, or control any content. When you use it, you connect directly to third-party websites and servers. We are not responsible for that content, those sites, or your dealings with them.

Subscriptions

Media Saver offers a free tier with a daily limit and an optional auto-renewable subscription (Media Saver Unlimited). Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will work with any particular website or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, midnightuae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or from content you choose to save. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. These Terms remain in effect while you use the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
